Zephyrs Fizzle in 3-0 Loss to Sounds Friday, August 22nd , 2098 John Thrailkill pitched a strong game at Herschel Greer Stadium today, blanking the New Orleans Zephyrs 3-0. Thrailkill allowed no runs on 5 hits, totaled 9 strikeouts and gave up 5 walks. Nashville manager Nick Hite said he could tell immediately it was going to be a good game for Thrailkill. "Right from the start, you could see how economical he was," Hite said. "He threw a lot of strikes." Presently Thrailkill has a 8-13 mark in 25 starts with a 4.89 ERA.
