Jones Grabs AC Reliever of the Year

When Tyler Jones jogged in from the bullpen this season, opposing teams knew they were going to have a tough time putting up runs.
The Oklahoma City Dodgers reliever turned in a dominant campaign and has been named the American Conference Reliever of the Year winner for 2110.
His award-winning season saw the bullpen ace get 13 saves in 53 relief appearances, 137 strikeouts in 155.2 innings and only 47 walks. He had a record of 12 wins and 10 losses to go with his 3.76 ERA.
"I hope I can pitch like this every year," he said.
He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 16. Jose Camacho of the Iowa Cubs finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Reynaldo Perez of the Round Rock Express finished third.
