Curve Morgan and Baysox McLaughlin Suspended for Fight Thursday, June 12th , 2098 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Altoona-Bowie contest at People's Natural Gas Field. The Curve Jeff Morgan and the Baysox Mike McLaughlin will have to sit out 4 and 2 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. Presently Morgan is hitting .337 with 7 home runs and 31 RBIs. He has played in 58 games and scored 24 times. So far this year McLaughlin has delivered 4 saves. In 15 relief appearances he has 22 strikeouts in 17 innings with a 4.24 ERA and a 1-1 won-lost mark. |
