Altoona Loses Todd Freeman, Will Miss Season Tuesday, August 5th , 2110 When Altoona reliever Todd Freeman was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Curve-Fightin Phils game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Freeman had sustained a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for about 11 months.
