Rachuba 5-for-6 Against Erie

It was a parade of hits for Rory Rachuba of the Binghamton Mets at Jerry Uht Park.
Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Rachuba finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Mets to a win, 20-4.
"Rachuba was really good and we were really bad," groaned SeaWolves manager Frank Hennessy. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
Rory Rachuba hit an RBI single in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Miguel Diaz in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
Rachuba is currently batting .296 with 2 home runs and 20 RBIs.
