New Hampshire Crowned Kings of the Northern Division Tuesday, September 8th , 2111 Members of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats had to fight back tears as they celebrated an Northern Division championship tonight. "It means so much to a lot of the guys in this room, especially the veterans," said closer Vinny Guzman. "There are guys on this team that know how to win and what it takes and others that are just figuring it out. It's exciting for all of us." The Fisher Cats boast a record of 81-59, and the division title is the 14th in team history. New Hampshire will be going for its 10th Eastern League championship. |
