John Merryman of the Trenton Thunder had one of those moments when he went 5-for-5 at the plate today in the 10-0 win over the Harrisburg Senators at Arm & Hammer Park. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 22-year-old center fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." John Merryman singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
