Cabedo Picks Up Best EL Batter Honors for August Saturday, September 1st , 2108 Hans Cabedo made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Eastern League this past month. The Hartford Yard Goats center fielder shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old hit .260 with 7 home runs, 14 RBIs and 25 runs scored. Cabedo is hitting .322 this season with 22 home runs, 66 RBIs and 84 runs scored. He has 134 hits in 416 at-bats. |
