Yard Goats Won't Get Playoff Berth Tuesday, September 9th , 2098 At times during the season, it seemed like the Hartford Yard Goats might put together a promising campaign, but it was not to be. Today, the Hartford Yard Goats are left waiting for next year after being mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2096. In total, the Yard Goats have missed the playoffs 52 times in their 83-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Yard Goats have only made the playoffs once. Hartford has won the Round 1 15 times in their history. |
