July's Best EL Hitter is Miguel Leon Sunday, August 1st, 2066 For a rookie just breaking in, Miguel Leon certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the EL Batter of the Month award for July. The 29-year-old right fielder for the Hartford Yard Goats hit .351 with 11 home runs, 27 RBIs and 15 runs scored. On the year Leon is hitting .252 with 80 hits, 28 home runs, 69 RBIs, .324 OBP and has scored 44 runs. |
