Shuckers Move on to Round 2 Monday, September 12th , 2112 The Biloxi Shuckers are off to the Round 2. By a final score of 8-4 at AT&T Field, Biloxi ended the Round 1 and knocked out the Chattanooga Lookouts by a series score of 3-1. "Two great teams, only one can go on and we're happy that's us," said Jason Burchell, who was named series MVP. "There's no easy games, no easy series in the Southern League playoffs." For the series, Burchell hit .438 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Biloxi Shuckers will play against the Mississippi Braves in the next round.
