Evans Picked CAR Player of the Week Monday, May 20th , 2109 Harry Evans became the latest recipient of the Carolina League Player of the Week Award for his outstanding performance this past week. To win the best player honor the 22-year-old Wilmington hurler tossed a total of 15.2 innings, collecting 2 wins, 12 strikeouts and a 0.57 earned run average. He suffered no losses. This season, Evans has gone 4-3 with an ERA of 1.58, posting 52 strikeouts in 51.1 innings. |
