Salem Shuts Out Wilmington, 1-0 Wednesday, May 28th , 2110 Allan Corbin was dynamite at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium, blowing away the Wilmington Blue Rocks in a shutout victory. The Salem Red Sox starter had everything working as he held the Blue Rocks to 3 hits in the 1-0 win. "He was pure nasty out there today," said Wilmington skipper Bobby Clontz. "I don't think any team in the league would've had a chance against what he was bringing." Corbin finished the game with 9 strikeouts and no walks.
