Caudell Sharp, Blanks Miracle, 5-0 Monday, June 9th , 2098 Bill Caudell of the St. Lucie Mets shut down the Fort Myers Miracle 5-0 on a 3-hitter, holding them scoreless while ringing up 16 strikeouts and allowing no walks. After the game Caudell said, "Guys have been fouling off a lot of pitches lately and I've been getting into too many deep pitch counts, but I'm pleased with the way things went today.
