Rodriguez Dominates Yankees Thursday, September 4th , 2098 The Tampa Yankees were almost helpless today in their 7-0 loss to the Palm Beach Cardinals and hurler Eduardo Rodriguez. Rodriguez kept the Yankees confused all game, spinning a 4-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to Rodriguez," Tampa manager Nick Palacios said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 23-year-old right-hander had 3 walks and 7 strikeouts in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Rodriguez said.
