Strode Captures MID Batter of Month Award Monday, July 1st , 2109 Justin Strode made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Midwest League this past month. The Quad Cities River Bandits right fielder shined through the month of June and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 25-year-old hit .329 with 3 home runs, 13 RBIs and 24 runs scored. This year, Strode is hitting .316 with 80 hits, 7 home runs, 29 RBIs and has scored 43 runs. |
