Brown Selected MID's Best Pitcher Monday, July 1st , 2109 There was nobody finer on the mound in June and Kyle Brown cruised to the Midwest League Pitcher of the Month award today. He was 5-0 with a 1.78 ERA while piling up 31 strikeouts in 30.1 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .237 batting average. Brown has made 15 starts, tossed 93.1 innings, struck out 98 batters and walked 28. His record is 11-2 with a 2.60 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .237 batting average. |
