Player of the Week: Cedar Rapids's Kemper Monday, August 4th , 2098 The Midwest League made it official today: Chris Kemper is the Player of the Week. He really sparkled on the diamond this week with a .417 average to take home the trophy. The Cedar Rapids center fielder went 10-for-24, drove in 7 runs, scored 6 times and hit 2 home runs.
