Clinton's Jones Injured, Out of Lineup Wednesday, August 6th , 2110 Chris Jones had to leave the LumberKings game against Peoria after suffering a stretched elbow ligament while throwing a pitch. He will be out of the lineup at least 9-10 months. He told reporters, "I just felt a sharp pain when it happened. I knew there was something wrong." In 20 starts this season, Jones has notched a 6-9 record and a 4.22 ERA. |
