Reliever of the Year Goes to Garrett Friday, October 3rd , 2098 Brett Garrett of the Peoria Chiefs said he never set out to win the Midwest League Reliever of the Year this season, but he'll certainly take it. He made 38 relief appearances and had 13 saves, 126 strikeouts, 28 walks and a record of 4 wins and 3 losses. He received 11 first place votes out of a possible 16.
