MID Top Player, 2105 Choice Is Loud

The future looks extremely bright for Mike Loud. At the age of 24, many players are still trying to find their way in Midwest League.
Loud has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Midwest League Most Valuable Player Award.
"I didn't expect to hit .369 this year, that's for sure," the center fielder said.
The Lake County Captains star also put up a .421 on-base percentage this year, with 167 hits, 46 doubles, 3 triples, 9 home runs, 93 RBIs and 62 runs scored.
He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 16. T.J. Martino of the Lake County Captains finished second in voting, while Eric Carroll of the Lake County Captains finished third.
