Beloit's Martinez Will Miss Season Friday, April 25th , 2098 The season is apparently over for Victor Martinez. The Beloit Snappers medical staff informed the club that the catcher will be out at least 7 months with a broken bone in the elbow. Martinez was hurt in the game against Kane County while running the bases. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. So far this season Martinez has hit .289 with 1 home run, 5 RBIs and scored 5 times. |
