Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 7 Games Saturday, September 6th , 2098 Nick Lindberg of the Kannapolis Intimidators and Steve Booker of the Lakewood BlueClaws got into a wrestling match yesterday at CMC-NorthEast Stadium and now must pay the consequences for violating league rules. They have both been assessed 7-game suspensions by the league for inciting the heated altercation between the two clubs. Presently Lindberg is batting .310 with 44 hits and 3 home runs. He has knocked in 15 runs and scored 17 times. This season Booker has recorded 3 saves with a 1-2 record. He's made 33 relief appearances, tossed 47.1 innings while fanning 51 with a 2.47 ERA. |
