DeVary Sharp in 5-0 Shutout Sunday, August 11th , 2109 It was a dismal game for the Auburn Doubledays with Devin DeVary on the hill. The Batavia Muckdogs starter was in top form, shutting out Auburn, 5-0. He surrendered a total of 2 hits and piled up 9 strikeouts to pick up the win in a rout. "No offense to the Doubledays but that was a cakewalk today," DeVary said to BNN reporters following the win. To date DeVary is 5-1 in 7 starts with a 1.44 ERA and has 57 strikeouts in 56.1 innings.
