Spinners Pitching Ravaged by Barnes Sunday, July 17th , 2107 It was a great day at the plate for Isaiah Barnes. For his Hudson Valley Renegades, the day was not nearly as good. The catcher collected 5 hits in 5 tries, but his club still came up short in the win column. The Lowell Spinners snatched the victory, topping the Renegades by a score of 13-4. "Well that wasn't how it was supposed to end," Barnes said later. "I'll just have to do it again and get it right." Isaiah Barnes singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
