The Math Says - West Virginia Out of Playoffs Monday, August 18th , 2098 Fans of the West Virginia Black Bears have long since given up hope of the club making a serious playoff push this season. But now those hopes are officially gone, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. West Virginia last appeared in the postseason in 2091. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 48 times in their 83-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Black Bears have made the playoffs 4 times. West Virginia last won the Round 2 in 2090. |
