Williamsport Hurler Wins NYP Pitcher of the Year Award Saturday, October 11th , 2098 Williamsport ace Jason Pressley put up some sensational stats for the 2098 season and has been voted the New York-Penn League Pitcher of the Year Award winner. The 22-year-old Crosscutters star made 15 starts and racked up a 13-0 record. He pitched 88 innings, collected 140 strikeouts, gave up 26 walks and 52 hits in holding the opposition to a .169 batting average. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 14. Karl Morgan of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers finished second in voting, while Kevin Peterson of the Mahoning Valley Scrappers finished third with 1 first place vote.
