Tri-City's Fagan to Miss 9 Months Saturday, September 14th , 2097 A blow for Dan Fagan today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 9 months with a stretched elbow ligament. Fagan suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Tri-City ValleyCats are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Fagan's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. This year Fagan has worked 30.2 innings with 33 strikeouts en route to a 2-2 record and 4.11 ERA. |
