Chicago A (SS-A) Won't Make Playoffs Tuesday, September 9th , 2110 The Chicago A (SS-A) White Sox may feel they were as good as the playoff teams this year, but the club has ultimately fallen short of qualifying and will watch the postseason from the sidelines. "It's frustrating because we really feel like we could have given any of the teams a run for their money," said catcher Jon Hosler. Before this season, the White Sox last missed the playoffs in 2106. In the 91 years they have been a Northwest League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 40 times. In the last 10 seasons, the White Sox have only missed the playoffs once. Chicago A (SS-A) last won the Round 3 in 2109. |
