Wild Card Clinched by Milwaukee (SS-A)
Wednesday, September 10th , 2098
Those who like late-season drama have no doubt enjoyed watching the Milwaukee (SS-A) Brewers this season.
The South Division club today wrapped up a wild card victory, with precious little time to spare in the season.
"Better late than never right? I don't think our team ever stopped believing we'd make the playoffs," said reliever Joe Nixon.
The team's 37-38 record will see them off to the postseason, with a chance to win the 5th Northwest League championship in franchise history.
