Johnson City Wins Round 1 Sunday, September 23rd , 2108 The Johnson City Cardinals are on to the Round 2, having knocked out the Kingsport Mets 3-1. The final blow came tonight at Hunter Wright Stadium, where Johnson City sealed the Round 1 with a 5-2 triumph. Fernando Morales was instrumental in the series win and was given MVP honors.
