AZL's Top Hitter Announced Monday, September 1st , 2098 Nate Van Diepen really smoked the ball in August on his way to Batter of the Month honors in the Arizona Rookie League. The Arizona (AZL) third baseman hit .333 with 6 home runs, 23 RBIs and 17 runs scored to round out his great month. Van Diepen is batting at a .320 pace this season, picking up 70 hits in 219 at-bats with 7 home runs, 35 RBIs and 40 runs scored. |
