Playoffs? No Chance for St. Louis (GCL) Friday, August 31st, 2057 The St. Louis (GCL) Cardinals will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2057 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as St. Louis (GCL) was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. St. Louis (GCL) last appeared in the postseason in 2049. This is their 8th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 34 times in their 41-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cardinals have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
