Wilson suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Baltimore (GCL) Orioles are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Wilson's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. This year Wilson has compiled a 1-3 mark with a 5.49 ERA in 4 starts. |
