Season Over for Andrew Snyder in Washington (GCL) Friday, August 3rd , 2108 The season is ending on a bad note for Andrew Snyder, starting pitcher for the Washington (GCL) Nationals. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Snyder was hurt against the Tampa Bay (GCL) Rays while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn rotator cuff and will be out for at least 12 months. So far this season, Snyder has logged a 1-2 record with a 6.14 ERA. He has started 5 games, hurled 36.2 innings and registered 26 strikeouts and 25 walks. |
