5-for-6 Game for Raney Sunday, August 31st , 2110 All game long, Toronto (GCL)'s Bill Raney was rattling the walls at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium and banging out base hits against the Boston (GCL) Red Sox. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Blue Jays had a win, 13-3. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 19-year-old second baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Bill Raney singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, tripled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
