Top GCL Pitcher for 2110 Named Friday, October 17th , 2110 Ricky Fifield of the St. Louis (GCL) Cardinals has been selected the premier pitcher in the Gulf Coast Rookie League and will receive the Best Pitcher Award for 2110. The top vote-getter completed the year with a 8-4 record.
