Best PIO Hurler Chosen for 2110 Tuesday, October 14th , 2110 The Pitcher of the Year Award for 2110 has been announced and the Pioneer League winner is Alfonso Jimenez of the Billings Mustangs. With a record of 8-1, Jimenez was certainly a worthy winner. He made 14 starts and rang up 77.2 innings, 78 strikeouts and a 1.74 ERA. He received 7 first place votes out of a possible 16.
