Palmer Deals Giants 4-0 Shutout Saturday, July 13th , 2109 Nick Palmer kept the San Francisco Giants hitters off balance all game long, as the Washington Nationals pitcher blanked the Giants, 4-0. Palmer gave up 3 hits, struck out 6, and walked 2. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said.
