RedHawks Hernandez Sizzles with Cycle Wednesday, June 19th , 2115 Sioux Falls outplayed Fargo-Moorhead in spite of a memorable day for Eddie Hernandez. The RedHawks first baseman rapped out 4 hits in 6 at-bats, including a cycle and 2 runs batted in, but couldn't pull out a victory over the Canaries. Sioux Falls prevailed, 10-7. Eddie Hernandez doubled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Chris McNair in the 6th, hit an RBI triple in the 7th, singled in the 9th and grounded out in the 11th. In the current season, Hernandez has put up a .312 batting average with 35 hits, 8 home runs, 27 RBI and scored 16 runs. |
