Alouettes, Otters Trade Players

Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Alouettes announced today the acquisition of 24-year old LF Albert Hernandez, 23-year old 3B Grant Bachman, and 22-year old RF Ken Griffith from the Bakersfield Otters in exchange for 26-year old LHP Jesus Ibarguen. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Alouettes, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams."
