Meza and Delgadillo Suspended for Free-for-All Friday, August 17th , 2108 Ricardo Meza of Sioux City and Jesus Delgadillo of Henderson were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Meza will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Delgadillo was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Meza is currently batting .252 with 12 home runs, 40 runs scored and 42 RBIs. His OBP is .322. This year, Delgadillo has recorded a 5-3 mark. In 14 starts he has fanned 72 batters in 77.2 innings with a 3.24 ERA. |
