Winter Hawks Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, September 3rd , 2108 It "never gets easier" to have a playoff push come to an end, according to right fielder Kevin Martin of the Lexington Winter Hawks. The Lexington player said his club was banking on being able to push themselves into the postseason, but they are now mathematically eliminated. In their 4 seasons in American Association, the Winter Hawks have still yet to qualify for the playoffs. |
