Trade: Padilla for Propst Wednesday, December 17th , 2098 Reports have surfaced that St. Paul has agreed to send 22-year old SS Colin Padilla to the Gary SouthShore RailCats in exchange for 29-year old RHP Josh Propst and $950 in cash. "It's a done deal," said one executive speaking on the condition of anonymity. "I'm surprised word got around so quickly. We just signed off on this an hour ago." The deal apparently is awaiting physicals before an official announcement is made by either team. Gary SouthShore will retain a portion of Propst's remaining contract. |
