RailCats-Canaries Deal: Tanaka for Dowd Tuesday, December 17th , 2097 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the RailCats announced today the acquisition of 27-year old RHP Stan Dowd from the Sioux Falls Canaries in exchange for 20-year old CF Rafael Castillo and 20-year old C Kenishi Tanaka.
