Weathers Earns FL Player of the Week Monday, July 29th , 2080 Oswel Weathers went on a week-long hitting streak against Frontier League pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The Joliet shortstop battered the opposition for 12 hits, 5 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 10 runs. He hit .414 and posted a .469 on-base percentage. For the year Weathers has hit at a .340 clip with 10 RBIs, 6 home runs and 13 runs scored. |
