Sagrero Pops 3 Out of the Park Against Miners Thursday, August 22nd , 2080 The "hardest feat in sports" debate is a never-ending one with no correct answer, but hitting three home runs is certainly in the conversation. That's exactly what Fernando Sagrero did today at Le Stade Municipal, going deep three times and carrying his team to victory, 10-7. "It all came together. I was seeing the ball well and I got some good pitches to hit," Sagrero said. "Good things happen, when that happens." The Quebec Capitales right fielder blistered the Southern Illinois Miners for 3 hits, batted in 5 runs and scored 4 times. "It ain't like we weren't trying," Southern Illinois manager David Klepper said. "He was hot and really torched my boys today." Fernando Sagrero walked in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Aaron Pogue in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Aaron Pogue in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Bobby Chaisson in the 7th and struck out in the 8th.
