4-Game Suspension for ThunderBolts Tejeda Sunday, August 25th , 2080 Jon Tejeda of the Windy City ThunderBolts has been suspended 4 games by the league for his prolonged argument with the home plate umpire during the game with New York at Provident Bank Park. The 21-year-old center fielder angrily protested being called out on strikes and wouldn't leave the field after his ejection. It took two coaches and his manager to physically remove the hostile Tejeda from the field. A look at his season totals shows Tejeda with 4 home runs, .213 BA, .303 OBP, 29 RBIs and 35 runs scored. |
