Maryvale Baseball Park was the site for Arizona Rookie League action featuring the Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers and Cincinnati (AZL) Reds.

The Cincinnati (AZL) Reds wanted a good start from Nick Potts -- and he delivered one. The result was a 5-0 Cincinnati (AZL) win over the Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers at Maryvale Baseball Park. Willis Aguilar finished to wrap up his 1st save.

Allen Reynolds had a big bases-clearing triple for the Reds in the top of the first inning. With Cincinnati (AZL) leading 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a sinker from 19-year old right-handed pitcher Khalil Lockridge and swatted a triple to left-center. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Reds ahead, 4-0.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Potts said.

Cincinnati (AZL) has now won 5 in a row.
