Brewers Squeeze Out Win in Pitching Duel

The Texas (AZL) Rangers got a superb performance from pitcher Carlos Guillen, but the Milwaukee (AZL) Brewers still won the game, 1-0. Guillen threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball. Milwaukee (AZL) reliever Matt Wilkins was the winner. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Carlos Guillen. Matthew Gillespie finished the game for Milwaukee (AZL) and earned his 4th save.
Josh Kramer had a direct impact on the outcome. Kramer contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the first inning to put Milwaukee (AZL) up, 1-0.
